1.Data controller

2.Data we receive

When you ask a question from a vehicle page: your message, your email address and, if you ask to be called back, your phone number, together with the vehicle concerned and the date of the request.

You choose how to receive the answer. With “Anonymous”, WolfMotors sees neither your email nor your number: an automatic email tells you when the answer is ready. With “Email” or “Phone”, you agree that WolfMotors receives these contact details to answer you directly.

When you write to us, call us or contact us on social media: the information you give us.

As on any website, the hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to run and secure the site.

3.Why we use it

To answer your questions and requests (information, test drives, purchases, rentals, trade-ins): these are steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

To answer you directly by email or phone: on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing that reply option and can withdraw at any time.

To run the site and protect it against abuse: this is our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4.What may become public

The answer to your question may be added to the vehicle’s public report, so that other buyers benefit from it. Your email address and phone number are never published there.

5.Who receives your data

The WolfMotors team, to handle your request.

MShield, which provides this site and the tool in which we follow up your requests, and acts on our behalf.

Their technical providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting of the site), Aiven (database where requests are stored), Cloudflare (hosting of the follow-up tool) and Resend (sending of notification emails).

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union or may process data there, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

6.Cookies and third-party services

The site sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It only stores your light or dark theme in your browser (local storage).

The map in the contact section is provided by Google Maps. It is only loaded if you click “Show the map”: your browser then contacts Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy. Without that click, nothing is sent to Google. The display fonts are served by the site itself.

The customer reviews shown come from Google; they are fetched by our server, without your browser contacting Google for this.

Links to Instagram, Google Maps or other sites take you away from this site: their own rules apply.

7.How long we keep it

We keep your requests for as long as it takes to answer them and follow up our relationship, at most 12 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example for a contract or an invoice).

8.Your rights

You may ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
